Properties and Applications

Actmix MBT-80GE F140 is a thiazole-based rubber vulcanization accelerator with short scorch time, fast vulcanization speed and certain scorch tendency. It is generally used in combination with dithiocarbamates, thiurams and other accelerators to achieve activation and secondary promotion effects. It has a long vulcanization plateau period, and the vulcanized rubber has good aging resistance. It has a bitter taste and is not suitable for food industry; it is non-polluting and can be used for light-colored rubber products. It has delayed vulcanization and anti-scorch effects on CR, and can be used as an anti-scorch agent for CR, and also as a peptizer for NR.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as rubber hoses, conveyor belts, transmission belts, cable sheaths, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
